Hello Everyone!

Trust you are doing good. Winter season, naturally lazy mood making all of us to get up late. The outside chill making us to stay inside and we are used to it for last nine months due to pandemic situation.

I see the business is slowly coming back to normal. Business entities are taking all necessary steps for business continuity. Customer is important. End of the day, a great customer satisfaction will lead to good result for business.

Last week i had called Electrical technician to my house. The geyser was functioning normal, however i wanted to get it serviced since it was long time after the purchase.

The technician acknowledged the request and gave me instructions of his service over the phone call. He agreed to come by 11:00am

The technician arrived at the house on time. He first ensured that, he got sanitised, wore gloves & wind shield before entering into the bath room. He had brought all equipments.

When he looked at the device, he started explaining its functionality and at the same time he was enquiring about its performance and issues. After looking inside parts and its usage pattern, he mentioned the geyser is in good condition and serviced the coil to remove scales.

I observed is his passion towards making Customer comfortable with the situation during his service. His knowledge and experience lead him to serve me(Customer) was very cool, calm and explained the future steps as well.

He took my consent to replace one of the part and also gave suggestions.

In the end it was nice conversation and ended with a coffee!

I observed in him, “Passion towards serving his Customers” . He once said, “Your Feedback Is Important To Me, It will fetch more work in future”.

He was honest in saying that and I appreciated his service.

Dear viewers, we meet people every day and deal with them in various situations. It is important to listen to your customers and understand the requirements before jumping into the solution. At times, the solution may be within the problem it self.

Students, at academics you do so much of work! It can be an event you are hosting, or an assignment you are submitting. Consider the recipient’s as your customer and give your best. While you serve them, do seek their feedback. It will fetch you a rewarding career!

The last zero in 2020 will be replaced by One! Yes! The new year season is here.. I wish you all Merry Christmas and a HAPYY NEW YEAR 2021.

Stay Tuned until then…

Be Agile.. Be In Demand
